1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. This includes quality checks and packaging.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
- Made-to-order or customised products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery time is minimum 3 days and up to 8–9 days, depending on your delivery location.
- Delivery to metro cities is generally faster, while remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as indicated on the Site from time to time.
4. Serviceable Locations
- We currently ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners.
- In case your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery solution or process a refund.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real time.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
- In case a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or reshipment, as per your preference.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners typically make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide accurate delivery instructions.
- Orders returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by the customer will be refunded after deducting applicable shipping charges.
