At House of Miraii, we want you to love what you order. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Return requests raised after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Free from stains, odour, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.
- Returned along with the original invoice.
Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in embroidery, colour, or stitching are natural characteristics of handmade garments and do not qualify as defects eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Innerwear, accessories, and customised/made-to-order products, unless received damaged or defective.
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration by the customer.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and share pickup/return shipping instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout, via Razorpay, within 5 business days of the returned product passing quality inspection.
- Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of order are non-refundable, except in cases of a wrong or defective product delivered by us.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable, will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI; refund processing time may vary.
5. Exchanges
- If you’d like a different size or colour, please indicate this when raising your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the desired size/colour is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
